Luna & Lume

We want you to love your purchase from Luna & Lume. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • You must request your return within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation) is required

Items that are damaged, worn, or altered are not eligible for return.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

  • Custom or engraved products


📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit


💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping fees)

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account


🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one separately.


📩 How to Start a Return

  2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address

  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving approval

If you believe you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at lunaandlume@gmail.com We’ll make it right in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
